The aim of the digital makeover is to communicate the key points of the company's own service portfolio in a compact and clear way. For House of PM it is especially important to report from the practice and to invite to exchange experiences. In order to give the "feel" the right "look", the corporate design was also given a new, modern coat of paint at the same time.
"We are particularly interested in (further) increasing the focus on project orientation in companies and strengthening competencies in this area. This always means to go through a change phase together with the customer and to accompany them closely", explains Hauke Thun, managing director of House of PM. First of all it is irrelevant whether consulting, qualification or operative hands-on is required. Usually an interplay of all service areas over the duration of the assignment comes into play. As a further consistent step, the company is separating from the separate brand presences PM Transformance (consulting and qualification) and PM Firefighters (operative project management) and is now presenting the entire project management expertise, which has grown continuously over 17 years, integrated under the House of PM brand.
"We see ourselves as sparring partners for our customers. Our team has both the methodological know-how and the practical experience in project management. This enables us to keep the technical experts in the company on their backs," says Thun. "The important thing is to develop and apply the right project management methodology for the organization in question, which helps the customer to raise the level of project management in the company to a new level - whether it be classic, agile or "X" - in other words, a mix of methods.
