Sumitomo Electric Bordnetze decides to start production of wiring harnesses for the automotive industry at a new location. For the success of this complex major project it is crucial that all sub-projects belonging to the project can be completed at the right time. As is typical for large, international projects consisting of many individual projects, overarching program management is therefore used to ensure that the interfaces and dependencies between the interest groups and work packages are aligned with the common overall objective.
