Establishment of the nationwide network "Stiftungen und Bildung" with Kanban methodology

In order to maintain an overview of the large number of parallel work steps and processes and to promote the team-internal exchange of knowledge when setting up a nationwide network, the project team decided to introduce the Kanban methodology. The new working method makes it easier for them to put a stronger focus on the currently most important tasks and to obtain continuous transparency about the progress regarding their goals.

 

 

Project objective:

Creation of a methodical basis for structuring the work flow, so that greater transparency is achieved, especially with regard to the status of tasks
