In order to maintain an overview of the large number of parallel work steps and processes and to promote the team-internal exchange of knowledge when setting up a nationwide network, the project team decided to introduce the Kanban methodology. The new working method makes it easier for them to put a stronger focus on the currently most important tasks and to obtain continuous transparency about the progress regarding their goals.
