Web Session: Why work package planning pays off

Assistance and recommendations for project managers to easily develop structured work package planning

Whether it's the work breakdown structure, often referred to as the mother of all plans in classic project management, or the storymap, also known as the holy grail in the agile approach - in project management, the structured collection of the work to be done and processes within a project is seen as the basis for the successful completion of a project.

In our next web session, our project management experts Julia von Bomsdorff and Marcel Valentin will show you how a project team can achieve a structured representation of the essential project tasks with relatively little effort. Using practical examples, they will focus in particular on the benefits of such planning.

(The session will be held in Geman.)
