GPM® Basiclevel

The Basic Certificate in Project Management gives you the opportunity to acquire knowledge of the relevant success criteria, processes and methods in project management and the first concrete steps for applying them in your project environment. It is aimed at those interested in project management, employees in projects and students.

IPMA® Level D

Das IPMA^® Level D certificate teaches the confident use of methods and in-depth knowledge for those advancing in project management and is therefore aimed at specialists whose focus is already in the area of project management or should be in the future. This seminar is offered as a modular classroom course for small groups of 8-12 participants.

House of PM is a member and course provider of the GPM (German Association for Project Management) e. V. and cooperates with the authorized training partner of the GPM, Wilhelm Mikulaschek of PM Lead, to ensure the quality of the courses. Only trainers accredited by the GPM who have practical experience and have undergone comprehensive instructor training and are certified as "Certified PM Trainers (GPM)" by the PM-ZERT certification body are appointed for the GPM and IPMA courses at House of PM.

The IPMA certification courses prepare you for certification in accordance with ICB 4. Certification is optional and is carried out by PM-ZERT, the certification institute of the GPM.

The IPMA International Project Management Association is the leading international promoter of project management. As an umbrella organization, it unites around 70 member associations from all continents. The international project management standard IPMA includes both classic and agile methods and is summarized in the International Competence Baseline (ICB).

The GPM German Association for Project Management e. V. is a non-profit professional association for project management. Founded in 1979, the GPM today forms an extensive network for project management experts from all areas of business, universities and public institutions. The association contributes significantly to the professionalization and further development of project management in Germany and offers extensive opportunities for training, further education and certification in project management. Through the umbrella organization International Project Management Association (IPMA®), GPM is networked worldwide and also promotes work on norms and standards at an international level. The GPM's 5-stage career model is based on the international standard of the IPMA, of which the GPM is a member organization.
