Team HoPM - that's us

Our team consists of permanent / full-time project managers and consultants as well as an extensive network of specialized associate project managers, coaches and trainers. We rely on a wide variety of professional experiences in different industries, work contexts and projects as well as adequate certifications, such as IPMA, PMI®, PRINCE2™, SCRUM, Kanban a.o.

It is important to us that we all pull together - our shared values provide valuable orientation for our daily work. They define our corporate culture and are an orientation for us in our personal and professional behavior.

As the saying goes,"the way is the goal". But in project management, the goal determines the way - and this differs significantly from project to project. There is no general solution and no "we've always done it that way", but a tailor-made solution for a very specific project in a very specific situation. After all, you wouldn't try to travel through all of Europe's major cities with a single city map.

Julia von Bomsdorff

Ole Salzer

For me, project management means the combinatorics of social and methodical aspects to achieve an ex ante determined goal. The result should also contribute sustainably to the success of a company. In this context, the methodological understanding ensures the selection of the right path to successful completion, while the social component brings a heterogeneous team together and motivates it for the tasks at hand. One cannot exist without the other.
